Ordering was quick and easy.

I previously purchased this item from Amazon and loved it. However, it was out of stock through them, so I ordered it directly from Eye Embrace.

This was the only color that matched my salt and pepper hair. Love this product.

It's a bit on the harder side but i keep it as back up to my powder.

Good website, easy to navigate and place orders. I've never had reason to contact customer service, but I'm betting they do a great job.

I'm so glad that I discovered Eye Embrace. For a few years now I've been using their Warm Betty eyebrow pencil with sharpener and spoolie. It's exactly right for me. I'm a happy customer!

JUST PLAIN EASY AND HELPFUL

I HAVEN'T USED THIS YET.

So good to find out that someone realized there are older people out here that desire a grey eyebriw rather than trying to get by with brown or black.. The larger sticks are harder to put on than the fine ones are for some reason. By harder to put on I mean difficult to put the color down, I realize that a lot of that is the older sagging skin, Don't know how log you have been around but I'm just now finding this available.
Thanks

Love the double-ended, angled brush with spotlight. Makes it very easy to apply the powdered eyebrow color and then smooth your brows.

Perfect is ALL the ways! Great color match, texture, coverage, and bonus with the wind up applicator so I don't have to search for my tiny sharpener. Thank you!!

Love it!

Perfect texture and color, easy to use.
