To ensure you get your purchases as soon as possible, we begin to process your order immediately after you click PAY NOW or COMPLETE ORDER button. Since our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Changed your mind? Wrong shade? We get it, sometimes an online purchase just doesn't work. Simply reach out to us for a refund request within 30 days of your purchase and we will process your refund back to your original payment method if approved.
To start a refund, fill in the form below with your order number and refund reason. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the refund request within 30 days of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Eye Embrace reserves the right to limit returns and refunds if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Refund Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud). Items purchased outside of EyeEmbrace.com are not eligible for a refund.

FIGURE OUT YOUR UNDERTONE
While it's hard to determine colors online, one way to start is figuring out what's your skin undertone: warm, cool, or neutral.
Hold a piece of white paper next to your face. If your face looks more yellow, olive, or tanned, you have warm undertones. If your face looks more pink and rosy, you have cool undertones. If there isn't a stark difference, or you know you generally prefer off-white or creamy colors, you have neutral undertones and can use both warm and cool shades!
THE RIGHT EYE EMBRACE GRAY
Once you have your undertone figured out, it's a matter of whether you want a light gray or medium gray. In general, your brow color should be slightly darker than your hair color. If you have silver or white hair, choose a light gray. If you have gray or salt and pepper hair, choose a medium gray.
