To ensure you get your purchases as soon as possible, we begin to process your order immediately after you click PAY NOW or COMPLETE ORDER button. Since our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Changed your mind? Wrong shade? We get it, sometimes an online purchase just doesn't work. Simply reach out to us for a refund request within 30 days of your purchase and we will process your refund back to your original payment method if approved.
To start a refund, fill in the form below with your order number and refund reason. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the refund request within 30 days of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Eye Embrace reserves the right to limit returns and refunds if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Refund Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud). Items purchased outside of EyeEmbrace.com are not eligible for a refund.

We've put together this informative article to help you determine the best Eye Embrace gray eyebrow color for you.
THE RIGHT EYE EMBRACE GRAY
Once you have your undertone figured out, it's a matter of whether you want a light gray or medium gray. In general, your brow color should be slightly darker than your hair color. If you have silver or white hair, choose a light gray. If you have gray or salt and pepper hair, choose a medium gray.

The best part about our Diamond Wedge Pencils is that it doesn't need to be sharpened! To maintain its shape as you use the pencil, be sure to use light pressure when using your Diamond Wedge Pencil to slowly build up the color on your brows. Try to apply in the direction of the pen tip and avoid rotating to maintain the sharp point.
But we get it, sometimes the tip can become dull over use and you want to restore its shape. You can resharpen your Diamond Wedge Pencil by lightly wiping the tip on a piece of paper. Start by twisting slightly and exposing a small amount of the pencil tip. Then gently run the widest side of the pencil in an up-and-down motion on a flat sheet of paper to restore its shape and refresh the tip and sides. Be sure to use light pressure; too much pressure can damage the tip or cause it to become blunt again quickly.
Choosing the perfect eyebrow product can be tricky! Both our classic pencils and diamond wedge pencils have their own unique advantages.
Automatic Diamond Wedge Pencil:
- Pros: Automatic, easy to use, creates natural hair-like strokes. No need to use a pencil sharpener.
- Cons: Tip may dull over time and may need manual sharpening if not careful about maintaining the diamond wedge shape during use.
Classic Wooden Pencil:
- Pros: Sharpenable for a precise point. The pencil includes a built-in sharpener on the cap.
- Cons: Requires sharpening, which may be less convenient for those who prefer a hassle-free option.
