Thank you for your purchase! We do want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and would like to provide you with an easy way to return them..

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for the return (unless the products you are returning are are damaged or defective)
  • Items returned or exchanged should be unused, in good shape, and with their original tags/package.
  • For sanitary reasons, beauty products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
  • Free gifts should be returned together with the items.

1. How many days do I have to return my items?

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.


To start a refund, login to your account and initiate the refund request under your order. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the refund request within 30 days of receiving your item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items:


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Do I need to pay return shipping and restocking fees?

It depends on what reason you applied for this return.


In the case of non-defective products, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, along with a 20% restocking fee.


For damaged or defective items, the shipping fee for return is on us, and a full refund is offered. 

3. How do I request a return or refund? And where do I return my items to?

To start a refund, login to your account and initiate the refund request under your order. If approved, we will send you an address to return the items.


Please don’t return items to the address on the original package or the company address. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS CONTACTING US FIRST.

 

4. Where do I receive my funds?

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eye Embrace reserves the right to limit returns and refunds if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Refund Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud). Items purchased outside of EyeEmbrace.com are not eligible for a refund.
